Yoga is a mental, physical and spiritual practice that needs to be carried every day. Keeping this in mind Genius International Public School held a yoga session. The students of classes VII – VIII performed Yoga under the guidance of Senior Coordinator Ms. Chander Kanta. She told the students that Yoga gives us relief from countless ailments at the physical level. The practice of the postures (asans) strengthens the body and creates a feeling of well-being.
Mrs. Poonam Dogra, Vice-Principal told that GIPS always believes in need of healthy spirits that is why she keeps on organizing these type of sessions for making its students tension free and relaxed while their all-around development.
