On 10th May, 2018 students of +1 class participated in yoga class which was conducted in school auditorium. It refreshed their mind throughout the day. Yoga is an important way of meditation, it builds muscles strong. It increases endurance, strength and flexibility among the followers of yoga. It is mind soother and improves communication skill. It improves our respiratory system, gives us relief from stress and makes us active throughout the day. Ms. Poonam Dogra, Vice-Principal of GIPS said that we continue arranging these yoga classes for other students also to help them making their education burden lesser.
