Yoga Session

Yoga is a mental, physical and spiritual practice that needs to be carried every day. Keeping this in mind Genius International Public School held a yoga session. The students of classes IV – V performed Yoga under the guidance of Senior Coordinator Ms. Chander Kanta. She told the students that Yoga gives us relief from countless ailments at the physical level. The practice of the postures (asans) strengthens the body and creates a feeling of well-being. The students felt really stress free and calm after the session.
Mrs. Poonam Dogra, Vice-Principal of GIPS always believe in need of healthy spirits that is why she keeps on organizing such type of sessions for making students tension free and relaxed along with their all-around development.
